The Meals That Connect Team

Brian McAdam brings a unique set of skills to his job as Digital Systems Administrator, a position he describes as marrying two of his passions—tech and culinary arts. Brian started custom-building computers way back before Y2K. He spent 5 years with a tech company where his duties involved hardware integration and quality assurance. He then changed course and enrolled in culinary school, completing the program, with honors, in 2011. He followed that with two years of restaurant work before starting a job with Meals That Connect in the central kitchen, a position that lasted 5 years. And now he’s back at MTC, lending a hand with all of the digital aspects of the company. Brian believes in the value of serving a community nonprofit, and loves the marriage of tech and food service. He says that what excites him about the job is that with every new project “chaos comes into my office, and order flows out.
