With 20 years of professional food service, Eric has supported many local organizations such as the Good Samaritan Homeless Shelter, Five Cities Christian Women’s Food Pantry, Los Osos Cares, Transitions Mental Health, and Restorative Partners. A Cal Poly grad and food services manager, Eric has a passion for food science and serving his community. He enjoys local Arroyo Grande life with his family.
